About the St.Mark Youth Programs:
At St.Mark Lutheran Church the youth are the church of "today"! Our ministry "today" is characterized by a growing, dynamic ministry interested in providing opportunities for youth of all ages. Our youth program at St. Mark recognizes important contribution all youth make to the life of our congregation. We are striving to provide opportunities for our youth to develop in their faith, engaging meaningful fellowship and learning with friends and to have fun!
Senior High Youth:
Youth in grades nine through twelveTwice a month fun, fellowship and learning events: Recent activities include scavenger hunt, chill nights, hay ride and bon fire,movie night,dodge ball, ice skating, ski trip, andgame night.
Annual Mission Trip:
Summer 2007 we went to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Every three years we attend the ELCA Youth Gathering. The gathering has taken us to New Orleans, San Antonio, Atlanta, and St. Louis. Details will be coming soon for 2012!
Summer 2010 we will have a "Mystery Mission Trip", high adventure trip to the Boundary Waters and a trip to Wisconsin for "Lifefest."(music, speakers, awesome fun)
Periodic Service Events:
Dinner for St.Mark Primetimer's, Homeless night in the spring, helping with food basket assembly in December, collecting for the food pantries in our community, planning and providing events for younger children...Easter Egg Hunt, and fall "Spooktacular."

Join us Monday, December 21, 6:00P.M. at Stockholm Inn for "Breakfast at Night." ALL high school and college age young people are invited. FREE short stack for all those attending!
